Barcelona wants to make wearing a swimsuit in the street an offence: "From next summer, it could be an offence in Barcelona to walk through the streets in your swimsuit, under a by-law amendment which was being debated in committee at City Hall on Thursday.

If it’s passed, fines of up to 500 € could be imposed for those who refuse to put on their clothes if they are caught naked or semi-naked in the street.
