Santa Maria Green Hills and El Palmeral have handed over land and €1.3 million in exchange for the legalisation of 227 apartments, and another 89 on La Corniche urbanization have been approved for legalisation, and thus, the new General Plan for Urban Development in Marbella continues to erase the town’s turbulent past.
In this case, they have handed over €712,000 and 12,031 square metres of land, as well as a fee of €250,000 to guarantee that they will carry out the promised work in the area.
The process is a little slow, as the legalisation has to be approved, and the money and deeds transferred before it is considered official. But the town hall is pleased with the progress."
